Commission and Fees
The platform operates on a commission system, which is collected from each wholesaler and shop according to the agreed policy and the conditions announced on the platform.
Wholesaler Responsibilities
The wholesaler is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information on prices, product availability, and part specifications. They are also obligated to respond to orders and communicate clearly and easily with shops.
Shop Responsibilities
The shop is obligated to provide correct and accurate data when placing orders. They are also obligated to send serious orders and not abuse the platform.
Orders and Communication
The negotiation, agreement, and completion of the deal are done directly between the wholesaler and the shop. The platform is merely an intermediary to facilitate communication and is not a party to any agreement made between the two parties.
Disclaimer
The platform is not responsible for any delay in response, price differences, changes in product availability, or any dispute that arises between the wholesaler and the shop or users outside its role as an intermediary.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
Users must provide correct and up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of their login data. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or uses the platform inappropriately in a way that harms the platform, users, or violates applicable laws.
Suspension or Termination
The platform has the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates the terms and conditions or abuses the provided services without prior notice in emergency cases.
